Nancy Calkins, SPHR, Training Facilitator at the Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute, has over thirty years of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Nancy is a skilled human resources generalist who specializes in leadership, professional, and organizational development.  As an executive and consultant, Nancy advised a wide variety of clients, from non-profit leaders to Fortune 500 C-suite visionaries, in human resources strategy, performance management, and talent development.  Having “grown up” in the hospitality industry, Nancy instinctively focuses on the needs of those she serves and collaborates with individuals, teams, and organizations to discover and achieve their full potential.  Through the development of dynamic, applicable program content and engaging facilitation, Nancy fosters and develops talent, builds organizational capability, expands leadership capacity, delivers definitive results, and seeks to add value with each engagement.  She holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Virginia and maintains her Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) certification through HRCI.
