In a year unlike any other, the 19th Annual HIGHER Ground Leadership Conference returns for a second, powerful gathering. While HIGHER Ground is traditionally a once-a-year event, we are thrilled to offer an encore event in 2025 on November 7th from 8:00am - 1:00pm in response to the high demand for leadership development and the unique community HIGHER Ground provides. With our special half-day Fall session, entitled ‘Resilience and Renewal: Navigating Leadership in Changing Times,’ we invite you to step into an intentional space for learning, reflection, and connection.

During a pivotal election season in Virginia, the HIGHER Ground Leadership Conference offers a timely opportunity to discuss and explore how leaders can navigate change gracefully, while remaining grounded, adaptive, and forward-focused.
