Each year, more than 300 participants come together at the Annual HIGHER Ground Leadership Conference to share ideas, illuminate innovative leadership practices, meet and network, and explore factors that influence their effectiveness at work, at home, and in their communities.
This annual leadership conference connects participants who identify as change agents and see their actions as meaningful and transformational for themselves, their families, and their professional colleagues and employers. The conference is for emerging, experienced, creative, and bold leaders motivated and positioned to maximize their potential through educational and empowering sessions. These leaders attend to recharge and reconnect—intellectually and emotionally—with each other around the hot topics facing business and social leaders.
This conference provides a tremendous opportunity to grow, develop, and learn with practical solutions for success both personally and professionally. Our one-day, multi-track format offers a self-directed, facilitated learning environment with education sessions and interactive forums. This event challenges participants to develop a deliberate practice of strategic foresight to aid in facing the challenges and opportunities that exist beyond us. Participants will be challenged to capitalize on this time of era-defining moments and to imagine what is possible, translating their values into actions, dreams into reality, and their hopes into happenings.
