The Experienced Supervisors Institute (ESI) will help you build the necessary competencies to move beyond the role of managing supervisor to becoming an influential leader. This workshop focuses on advanced supervision tools and tips and an introspective look at what it takes for you and your team to succeed in both good and challenging climates.
Institute Objectives
ESI is a three-day program for forward-thinking supervisors, managers, and project leaders who want to better manage the complexities of their workplace and to enhance critical skills in:
- Identifying and using their preferred communication style to achieve intended results.
- Making the leap to impactful, inspired work results.
- Matching the appropriate leadership style with staff developmental level to help achieve maximum performance and delegation readiness.
- Building employee engagement to improve performance and job satisfaction.
- Creating an environment that values diversity, decreases cultural barriers to success, and utilizes the strengths of all to build a cohesive and productive workplace.
This program provides an excellent opportunity for professional development and networking while providing CEU's and SHRM PDC's.
Who Should Participate?
ESI is for experienced managers, supervisors, and project leaders to help build the necessary competencies that will move supervisors beyond the role of a managing supervisor to becoming an influential leader.
Each ESI class is limited to a maximum of 36 participants. Once online registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice.
Schedule and Cost
Tuition for the Experienced Supervisors Institute is $1,200 for the three-day program.
Tuition includes program speaker fees and experiences, materials, and breakfast, lunch, and refreshments daily. Agencies are responsible for all other expenses incurred by participants, including travel and board. Participants will be invoiced upon acceptance to the ESI.
