Where do you currently work?
I serve as chief of staff in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
What has been your favorite aspect of participating in our leadership programs?
I thoroughly enjoyed traveling across the commonwealth and learning about the roles of minorities in Virginia’s history. The MPLI program was instrumental in helping me develop a robust understanding of Virginia culture and history.
What motivates you to be the best leader you can be?
In 2012, I suffered a short illness that prevented me from working for a short period. After I got back on my feet, I promised myself that I would commit myself to public service. Each day, I strive to make a difference in someone’s life.
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I love to work outside.
