Former Virginia Commonwealth University Provost, Dr. Grace E. Harris, will receive an honorary doctorate degree from The College of William & Mary. Dr. Harris will be recognized at the University’s 2015 Charter Day ceremony, slated for 4 p.m. February 6th in William & Mary Hall, marking the 322nd anniversary of the College of William & Mary.
